If you move forward, the $100 diagnostic is applied to the job. Parts and extra labor are confirmed before work begins.

House calls are a premium over drop-off. We’ll agree on that amount before the diagnostic. If you’re a senior, or the extra cost would be a stretch, mention it — we can work out a fair rate.
